In the story it said to stop Leo from being dangerous Leo's caretaker said shoot the animal tranquilizer. Yuiko said no she said there was a better way to stop him and it worked. If people heard about my past they said I'm crazy and should be in a mental place. They made me feel like an animal that they don't need and put me down, but then Danielle came and changed it all. Reading skills: Beast Master: Theme and Summary
In the Beast Master one of the main characters Leo Ao is treated like a beast because of his glare and the other main character who is "master" Yuiko Kubozuka becomes his friend. The theme for the manga is that Looks may give us an image of a person, but look closer to them they give more than what appears. In the beginning of the story when Leo walks in the class everyone was scared because he had scary glare and even the teacher was a afraid. Yuiko who was the one to go to Leo on the rooftop and be his friend. Well when she said she be Leo friend he turn 180 to a cute innocent boy who knows noting about the world. Now you wonder why does he such a polar personalities. Well Leo before he came back to Japan lived in Africa. One day a leopard attacked Leo and he blacked out, when he came to he saw the leopard windpipe was crushed. One day Yuiko get into trouble and when finds out he turned to a beast and almost killed someone but Yuiko stopped him and he turned back to normal. As the story go on Yuiko falls in love with Leo and then Leo also falls in love with her and they end up with each other.The story that people judge people based on physical appearance, which is true i first hand experience this myself. When I was younger like Leo in the story I was cute and cared for, but as I got older like Leo.
